When I read it aloud does it sound like a speech? Or does it sound like me talking?
Are there enough examples, stories and visuals to bring what I am saying to life?
Is there a theme?
Does it motivate? Does it inspire?
Does it contain any humour or wit?
Does it contain jargon that people may not understand?
Does my presentation have a big finish, call to action, reinforcement of why it matters?
